How to register for Summer Hockey Camp 2014:
1. Fill out and submit online form below. Make sure you press the submit button!
2. Select payment option:

Check payments require a mimimum $250 payment due at time of online registration to hold your camp spot.
This includes a $100.00 non refundable deposit. Your space will be reserved when check or credit card payment is recieved.
Final payment must be recieved by June 1, 2014 to avoid a $25.00 late fee.
OR
Credit card transactions include a 5% processing fee and must be paid in full.
3. A camper registration packet including medical forms and waivers will be sent electronically.
